BioInterfaces (BIF)

The program breaks down into two main activities:

  1. Development of automated solutions for high-throughput handling of biological samples, especially the development of robot systems for economically viable automation of routine analyses.

  1. Computer-assisted evaluation of biosignals for biological, biochemical, and clinical applications within the framework of a future BioInterfaces program of the Helmholtz Association. The focus of activities is on processes of high-throughput image analysis and analysis of anti-bacterial peptides.
